The requests we make of you through your use of and access to our website application ("Application"), services or other tools (collectively, the "Services") that we offer and which are referred to in this Privacy Policy, and how we use, share and protect it, and also summarizes your rights and tells you how you can exercise those rights.
1. APPLICABILITY.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our Sites and Apps, including non-registered and registered users, contributing designers, as well as our customers or potential customers (collectively, "User", "you" or "your") and all users. In order to provide you with the Services, we need to collect personal information about an identified or identifiable natural person ("Personal Information"). Any such information we collect from and about you when you use our Services will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to Personal Information collected about you by third party websites and Apps that may post links or advertisements on or otherwise be accessible through our Site and App. Personal Information collected by these third party websites is subject to their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of these websites and Apps.

2. WHO WE ARE.
3D Probox is a platform where users can upload 3D models and use them for their business. 3D ProBox users can upload 3D models in different formats to the platform in seconds. 3D ProBox can be used by multiple users. Users can edit the 3D models they have uploaded.
Users can customize their 3D models using cropping, color/brightness, rotation, annotations, resizing, scaling functions in the 3D model viewer and list them on e-commerce platforms. When you use the 3D Probox Services, your Personal Data is controlled by 3D Probox. You can find information about 3D Probox below.
3. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND HOW DO WE COLLECT IT?
3D Probox offers a wide range of services to bring together your printing, digital and design needs. We collect various types of Personal Information from different sources depending on which services you use. As described below, some information is collected automatically when you visit our Sites and Apps or purchase something, and some is information you provide to us when you register or fill out a form, upload content, purchase a product or service, or communicate with us. We may also obtain information indirectly from third parties and other sources, including social media websites. If you choose not to share certain Personal Information and similarly, if you do not allow us to place certain cookies on your device, we may not be able to provide some of our services.
3.1 Personal Information we collect automatically.
Device and location data. Whenever you visit or browse our Site and Apps, we automatically collect certain information through your device or browser. This information includes your IP address and information about your computer's hardware and software (for example, the type of operating system, browser, application or software versions, and language settings). We may also collect location information from your IP address or if you have instructed your device to send such information through the privacy settings on that device. Site navigation and usage data. We also automatically collect and store certain information about your activities on our Site and App, such as the date, time and pages you visit and how you use and access our Services (such as search history, clickstream data, access logs and other information).
Session replay logs. We also collect session replay logs (such as mouse movements, clicks, typing and scrolling).
Purchase and transaction history. If you place an order or request services, we will collect your purchase and transaction history.
Bot usage data. If you contact us via chatbot, in addition to processing your contact information, we may also collect your device information and IP address.

3.2 Personal Information you give us.
Contact information and login credentials. When you register for an account on our Site and App, we collect your username, first name, last name, email address, Country of Residence, Date of Birth and password.
Payment Information. If you place an order or request a service, we collect your shipping, billing and payment information and tax information that you provide to us to verify your identity.
Content data. Some of our Services allow you to upload and share images, photos, logos, videos, music tracks or other content ("Content") with us or other users in order to communicate with us or other users or to personalize products and services. The Content you choose to upload to our Site and App may include Personal Information about you.
Communications and marketing. If you contact our customer service teams or communicate with us by other means (e.g. social networks), we will also collect information from you in relation to feedback you give us or assistance you request.
4. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

a) To maintain your account and facilitate integrated services such as single sign-on; to allow you to log in, navigate the Site and App, and make purchases; to authenticate our users; to provide you with technical support, including, for example, resetting your password
b) Provide you with the experiences, products and services you request, view, interact with or purchase; fulfill, manage and deliver your order; enable you to access and use our Services, including uploading, downloading, collaborating on and sharing Content; maintain and administer our Services
c) Providing global customer service and quality assurance, including sending you service messages via text message, chat, email or telephone; Sharing your relevant data with our Customer Care team allows us to address your questions and needs. Conversations with our Customer Care team will be monitored or recorded in real time for quality control and training purposes. Recordings are saved for a limited period of time and will be automatically deleted thereafter, unless retention of the recording is required for legal or fraud investigation purposes.
d) For research and analytical purposes, such as to better understand how you access and use our Services; determine how effective our promotional campaigns and advertisements are; evaluate and improve our Services, user experience and business operations; and develop new features, products or services.
e) Enable you to communicate, collaborate and share Content with users you designate; and allow users to connect with designers, submit projects and receive quotes for design services, and connect users with designers or other providers.
f) Communicating with you about your account and providing customer service in connection therewith: responding to your requests and inquiries; sending you important updates and announcements regarding our Sites and Apps or our products and services and inviting you to provide feedback about our services and our products and services (for example, product recalls or security issues) and inviting you to provide feedback about our services and our customer service team.
g) Support our marketing and advertising activities, including sending you offers and promotions for our products and services; sending you news about ongoing products, services and designs; contacting you about information we think may be of interest to you; measuring, personalizing and improving our advertising and marketing campaigns to better reach you with more relevant advertising
h) Provide integrated and personalized services, products and offers, including the conduct of marketing and/or market research; personalize our communications with you; tailor the content you see to provide features and information relevant to your interests and preferences; and group users of our Services, for example, by usage and demographics.
i) Prevent and detect fraud, unauthorized activities, access and other abuses; enhance the security of our network and information systems; and improve our data security and fraud prevention capabilities.
j) We may be required to disclose your Personal Information in response to subpoenas, court orders and other lawful requests by regulators and law enforcement agencies to administer, defend and settle legal claims and disputes, for investigations and regulatory compliance purposes. To enforce the terms and conditions applicable to our Services, to comply with legal requirements of government authorities, or to protect 3D Probox's rights, property, safety and security of our employees, customers and others.
5. ON WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Certain laws require us to inform you about the legal bases on which we process your Personal Information. Accordingly, we may process Personal Information based on the following legal bases:
Enforceability of a contract: Where the collection and processing of your Personal Information is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or for taking steps to enter into a contract with you
Our legitimate business interests: In furtherance of our legitimate business interests, including: To maintain, develop and improve our Services, user experience and business operations and to develop new features, products or services; to facilitate your participation in interactive features that you may choose to use on our Site and Services and to personalize our Services to correspond with you, notify you about events or changes to our Services, or otherwise respond to your questions and requests for information; conduct marketing activities, such as promotions of our products and services, for the purpose of offering products or services that may be of interest to you via email, except where consent is required under applicable law; conduct audits for data analysis and reporting, for monitoring and preventing fraud; protect and defend our legal rights and interests and the rights of third parties.
The use of Personal Information for 3D Probox legitimate interests is carried out in a manner that is proportionate and respectful of your privacy rights.
With your consent: Where required by applicable law, 3D Probox will obtain your consent before processing your Personal Information. You may withdraw your consent at any time as set out in the Contact Us section below.
6. CHILDREN.
Our Services are not directed to or maintained for use by children under the age of sixteen (16), and children under that age are prohibited from creating accounts or otherwise providing Personal Information. If we become aware that a child under the age of sixteen (16) has provided Personal Information through our Sites and/or Apps, we will remove that child's personally identifiable information from our files. If a parent or guardian learns that their child has provided such information through our Sites and/or Apps, the parent or guardian should contact us at contact@3dprobox.com so that we can respond appropriately.
7. WHO DO WE DISCLOSE AND SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH?
We may share your Personal Information in the following circumstances:

We provide your Personal Information to third party service providers to help us with the following:

Cloud storage;

For Legislaiton Enforcement, Mergers and Other Situations

We may also need to respond to requests from law enforcement agencies, but only if those agencies meet standards for obtaining Personal Information consistent with local laws and data protection requirements. Finally, we may provide some or all of your Personal Information to one or more third parties in the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, bankruptcy, insolvency, corporate reorganization or similar event involving us.
8. DATA TRANSFER.
3D Probox is an international company and operates worldwide. The information we collect about you as described in this Privacy Policy may be accessed, processed, stored or transferred to countries that do not have the same data protection laws as your country of residence, such as the United States of America We evaluate the circumstances surrounding all cross-border data transfers and implement appropriate safeguards to ensure that your Personal Information continues to be protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
9. WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE TO ACCESS AND CONTROL THE USE OF YOUR INFORMATION?
Subject to the applicable law and dependent on certain conditions, you may have the following rights:

Delete: Request that we delete your Personal Information (or alter it so that you are not identifiable);

10. HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE THESE RIGHTS?

11. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU REQUEST YOUR ACCOUNT TO BE DELETED?
After you contact us to delete the Personal Information we hold about you and we have verified your identity, we will close your 3D Probox account and delete your Personal Information from our systems.
Please note that even when you request that we delete your information, we may be permitted by law to retain certain information and we may still retain anonymized information, such as how our customers interact with our Services.
Once we process your request, you will immediately lose access to the following:
Your 3D Probox account;
The username and password for your 3D Probox account;
Order history with any of 3D Probox's services;
Products you have designed and stored and services you have used;
Uploaded images and stored designs
Deleting your 3D Probox account is a permanent change. This cannot be reversed
12. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND HOW DO WE PROTECT IT?
We retain your Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, transaction records or shipments).
3D Probox has implemented technical, physical and administrative safeguards and security measures designed to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, use and modification of Personal Information. These measures include, but are not limited to, encryption methods, access controls, controlled management of user rights, and limiting access to Personal Information to those who have a business need for such access in connection with 3D Probox as described herein. We regularly review our security procedures to consider appropriate new technology and methods.
Please remember that protecting your Personal Information is also your responsibility. When you create a 3D Probox account, you should choose a strong password and keep it secure by not sharing it with others. You can change your password as often as you like by going to your 'Account Settings'. If you believe that the security of your account has been compromised (for example, if your password has been leaked) or if you suspect that someone else is using your account, please let us know immediately.
13. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small data files, wchich often include a your device , that are stored on your device when you visit certain 3D Probox web pages. Cookies are useful because they allow a website to recognize a user's device.
To give you the best experience, 3D Probox and adapts its Sites and App to display the most relevant content and useful offers. Our Sites and Apps use cookies that, among other things, allow you to navigate efficiently between pages, remember your preferences and generally improve your experience on our Sites and Apps.
