 We would like to inform you about our practices in regard to processing of your personal data and your personal data that we process as 'Data Controller' as 3D ProBox Technology Services Industry And Trade Limited Company (“3D PROBOX”) within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”).

In this text:

Cookies etc. programs are used on the Website and the Mobile Application.

 Usage and Shopping on the Website/Mobile Application

• We process your identity (name surname) and contact information (e-mail address, phone number, address) and shopping (date, time, amount of shopping, content of shopping, payment method and payment details) information in order for 3D Model productions and subscription procedures to be fulfilled, for 3d models to be delivered to you, for your records we created in our system to be differentiated from records related to other customers, for after-sales and after-delivery operational procedures (adjustment, product review etc.) to be fulfilled, for e-invoice regarding your shopping to be sent to you,

• We process your identity and invoice information, as well as some additional invoice information if you are a taxpayer (Turkish ID number, Tax ID number, private company information) for an invoice to be issued,


• We process your credit card information in for payment to be rendered, in case you intend to pay via credit card (credit card information is transferred to the payment organization, without being recorded by us),


• We process your information on Website and Mobile Application Usage in order to determine technical/software errors, deficiencies encountered during your visit and usage of the Website and the Mobile Application.

Website Membership (Website/Mobile Application))

• We process your identity (name last name), contact (e-mail, phone numer) and hidden password information in order for your membership procedures to be completed, to fulfill the requirements of the membership contract we will conclude with you, for you to sign in as a member, to provide membership information,

• We process your information related to credit purchase and subscriptions (date, time, amount and content of credit/subscription purchase, payment details) to provide order, credit purchase and to view your subscription history,


• We process your shopping details on the Website and the mobile application in order for you to benefit from membership programs, to benefit from personalized opportunities and offers that will be creased based on the model production you will carry out on the Website and the mobile application; we process your marketing information (date of birth, gender, province, district, demographic information, location information if location share is active, approaches to notifications/ questionnaires/ offers/ campaigns on Website and Mobile Application, habits, favorites, likes, behaviors, preferences, search movements, segments, shopping history, cookie records and ad  identifier/identity information and device ID, payment methods and preferences, usage period of Mobile Application, Mobile Application version information, contact preferences, shopping amount, payment channels, bank, through which the payment is rendered, brand, model, technical properties and operating system of the device, operator information, answers to questionnaire ,etc.) in order for general or personalized campaigns, advantages, promotions, ads to be created, for campaigns, competitions, sweepstakes and other events to be organized, for segmentations, reporting, profilin, marketing and analysis studies to be carried out, for ads and marketing/contact activities (notifications on the Mobile Application and the Website, pop-up displays, personalized offers, personalization of user screens, ads, search, questionnaire etc.) of 3D PROBOX to be conducted on the Mobile Application, Website and other digital platforms belonging to 3D PROBOX or in other 3rd party environments.

Commercial Communication Processes

If you give permission/explicit consent to commercial communication, we process your identity (name last name) and contact (phone number, e-mail address) information in order for general or personalized campaigns, advantages, promotions, ads, information, marketing activities and commercial communication activities (SMS, e-mail, calling etc.) related to you within the scope of Website and Mobile Application membership, to be carried out, in order for questionnaires, campaigns, competitions, sweepstakes, invitations, openings and invitations regarding other activities to be delivered.

Customer Relationship Processes

We process your identity (name last name), contact (address, e-mail address, phone number), customer operations (requests and complaints, shopping, gift/discount/benefit use) and your information related to legal action if necessary, in order to solve your problems and complaints you convey when you contact us via our communication channels (e-mail, Website, Mobile Application, social media etc.) and to contact you in this regard, when necessary.

Legal Processes and In-House Activities

We process your identity, shopping, invoice and processing security (log records) information in order to fulfill our obligations arising from legislation, to fulfil our other legal obligations to competent public authorities and organizations.

We process your identity (name las name), contact (phone number, e-mail address, address), shopping, invoice, information related to processing security (Website security, Website/Mobile Application shopping, log records related to permission/explicit consent/ contract approval within the scope of commercial communication) and information related to legal action (correspondence and file information regarding dispute processes) in order for all kinds of lawsuits, response and objection rights to be used before public organizations and institutions such as courts, executive offices, arbitration court; for negotiation and reconciliation processes regarding disputes to be carried out, for necessary information to be conveyed to you, in case you request such information from us and for in-house audit, internal control and reporting, test, development and improvement works to be conducted.

We process your identity, contact, credit card (only first 6 digits and last 4 digits), shopping and order information and processing security information to prevent usage against Mobile Application, Website membership contracts, legislation and moral; to detect doubtful transactions and illegal usages, to block and unblock transactions.

To Whom and For What Purpose May We Transfer Your Personal Data?

We share your personal data

with business partners and service providers (call centers, those collecting personal data via devices, marketing/ad/analysis service providers, database and server service providers, those providing service to monitor Website and Mobile Application usages, e-mail server service providers, e-invoice and e-archive invoice service providers, electronic notification service providers, bank and electronic payment institutions, legal and financial counsellors, independent auditors, archiving service providers) to receive product and service support for information technologies, marketing/ad/analysis activities, logistics services, operational services, payment services or in issues requiring expertise etc. or with domestic suppliers or with abroad since our business partners or servers of our service providers are abroad,

With organizations, institutions and authorities to fulfil our obligations of providing document and information and other obligations to competent public authorities and institutions and judicial authorities and to use our lawsuit and response rights,

With counseling centers, business partners and payment institutions related to the relevant transaction in order to monitor doubtful transactions and to prevent illegal actions,

With our business partners within the scope of activities to increase the visitor traffic on the Website and the Mobile Application,

What is the method and legal reason for collecting your personal data?

Your personal data are collected by 3D PROBOX business partners via non-automatic methods by recording your information related to your shopping or membership processes on the Website and the Mobile Application in our systems; by recording data obtained/created due to usage of your fixed-mobile internet and communication devices and/or mobile applications in miscellaneous environments; by cookies and other similar technologies employed on the Website or the Mobile Application as explained in detail in cookies policy, by collecting your location data via the Mobile Application if you are a member of the Website and the location share is active on the Mobile Application; by recording all kinds of shopping, collection, delivery, transaction, questionnaires, signing-up and behavioral transactions in our systems; by recording directing process to the Website and Mobile Application from websites of our business partners; by recording your requests and complaints you convey us during our mutual communication via Mobile Application, Website, our e-mail addresses, social media and other communication channels; by recording information/documents related to you, sent from public authorities, organizations and judicial/administrative authorities.

We collect your personal data on legal grounds as follows;

Regarding sales processes on the Website and the Mobile Application, data processing is “necessary for conclusion and execution of the contract”, “necessary for fulfilment of legal obligation” and “obligatory for legitimate interests of data controller provided that fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person are not violated”;

Since it is necessary for “fulfilment of our legal obligation” regarding our storing obligation arising from legislation;

Regarding the obligatory functionality and performance cookies on the Website, data processing is obligatory for legitimate interests of data controller provided that fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person are not violated; and on legal grounds of the “explicit consent” you will provide regarding marketing/following cookies;

Regarding the processes of the Website Membership; in order for conclusion of the contract related to membership processes and for us to fulfil our obligations arising from the contract, it is “necessary for the contract to be concluded and executed”; and on legal grounds of the “explicit consent”you will provide regarding aforementioned marketing activities within the scope of Website Membership;

You may submit your application to 3D PROBOX, the Data Controller, by sending an e-mail from your e-mail address recorded in our system or by applying to our address given below, in writing. (Please note that the relevant request has to be in accordance with conditions specified in Communiqué on Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller.)
